Click here to register for a free account. This is a free plan with no credit card required. On the registration form, you will be asked for your email address. You will also be asked to create a password to log into your account. Note: The email address that you enter will be your username.

Once registered, you have the option of upgrading to our Business or Pro Plans for additional features. Contact our support team for more information.

First, log into your account with the email and password you created during registration. Once logged in, click on the 'GET ME LEADS' link to get started. The first screen you will see is the SEARCH screen. Enter search text for business and location in the box provided (e.g. construction, Boston, MA). Choose a search radius and then click the 'Search' button. You will see the locations listed on the Google Map. To view a generated list of leads, click on the 'View Results' button or the 'Results' tab.

NOTE: if you would like to choose which properties to add to your list, select the 'View ONLY user selected properties' checkbox before clicking the search button. This allows you to click on specific properties on the map and add them to your list.

Log into your account and click on the 'GET ME LEADS' link to get started. The first screen you will see is the SEARCH screen. Enter search text for business and location in the box provided (e.g. construction, Boston, MA). Choose a search radius and then click the 'Search' button. You will see the locations listed on the Google Map. Next, click the MEASUREMENTS tab. Use the toggle buttons to select whether you want to measure an area (e.g. paving a driveway) or measure a distance (e.g. for installing fence). In the 'Property Name' dropdown, you will see a list of all properties related to your search. Select the property you would like to measure. Then enter what you will be measuring (driveway, roof, etc.) in the 'Item being measured' textbox. Follow the instructions to select your area or distance on the map and get your measurement in sq ft or linear ft. Press the 'View Results' button and the measurement will be added to your lead list data.

Once you have created a measurement for a particular property (for example the area of a customer's driveway), you can create a custom invoice or proposal. Click on the INVOICE/PROPOSAL tab and select either 'invoice' or 'proposal' from the dropdown menu. By default, the invoice/proposal will include the subtotal, tax rate and tax amount.* If you would like to add additional charges to your invoice/proposal (such as mobilization fees, material costs etc.), click on the 'Create New Custom Field' button. Enter a name and a price for your custom field and click the 'Add' button. Click the 'Create Invoice' or 'Create Proposal' button to view your completed invoice/proposal as a downloadable PDF.

*NOTE: rate per square foot, rate per linear foot and tax percentage must be set in the SETTINGS tab, before an invoice/proposal subtotal or tax amount can be calculated. Note: You can check 'don't require square footage' or 'don't require linear footage' to prevent the invoice from creating a subtotal based on your settings.

A monthly subscription to the Business or Pro Plans gives you the ability to append additional data to your lead lists. Additional data includes property data (owner, address, contact information, mortgage information, lender, year built, square footage and more) and business information (registered agent name, registered agent address, contact information, principals and more).
